Dear ACM India Members,

Greetings from the ACM India Council on the occasion of the festive autumn season!

It has been four months since the new Council was inducted and the new Executive Committee started. We would like to thank each one of you for giving us the opportunity to serve the community. We look forward to doing our best to continuing and increasing the activities of ACM India.

WHO:This session is open to anyone interested in sharing ideas and thoughts on what ACM India could do to help students and professionals in India. If you are a ACM member that is great, if not, you are still welcome to join.

WHAT:

I would like to start a chapter in my college. What should I do?
I am a young professional woman; how do I help my Indian sisters realize their potential?

I work in the industry; I would like to help engineering college students in some aspect of technology, what should I do?
I would like to organize an ACM India event on my campus, what should I do?
I am a school teacher; how can I inculcate computational thinking in my students?
I am a PhD student and would love to get additional feedback and guidance on my problems and ongoing work; how should I go about it?
I am a senior UG student and wonder about career options; can some experienced mentor(s) guide me?
